Shell is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her M.A. from Liberty University. She has extensive experience working with couples, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with greater understanding and connection. She also specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, and has a strong background in working with complex trauma. Shell is trained in EMDR and thoughtfully integrates it into her sessions to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences.
In addition, Shell has experience working with ADHD/ASD, supporting both individuals and families in better understanding neurodivergence, building practical coping strategies, and fostering stronger relationships. She takes a personalized, strengths-based approach, recognizing that each client’s experiences and needs are unique.
Shell provides therapy exclusively via telehealth, creating a comfortable and accessible space where clients can feel safe, seen, and heard. She is passionate about building meaningful therapeutic relationships and is deeply committed to helping her clients grow, heal, and thrive. She continues to expand her knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
Outside of her professional life, Shell is married with three young children and a black lab. She enjoys dad jokes, reading, puzzles, and spending time in the mountains with her family.
