Anna is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Music. She blends creativity and compassion in her work, creating a warm, supportive, and authentic environment for her clients.

Her experience includes counseling high-risk children and teens with the County of San Diego, and she has a special heart for helping teenagers navigate anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. Anna’s approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), guiding clients toward corrective emotional experiences that foster healing, deepen emotional connection, and build resilience. While she has specific expertise with adolescents, Anna is open to working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She also draws on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of being a therapist, Anna is married with a one-year-old son. She and her family love going to the beach, listening to music, and visiting new coffee shops.
