Helen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She is currently a PhD student at the California Institute of Integral Studies studying Integral and Transpersonal Psychology with a Somatic Emphasis. She has a passion for working with teens and young adults struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, suicidality, OCD, and trauma. She has training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Integral Somatic and Spiritual healing systems, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
