Lindsay enjoys working with teens, young adults, and women of all ages. She believes that God is the ultimate healer of our hearts and that His grace meets us wherever we are.

With over a decade of experience as a therapist, Lindsay has a passion for helping others find healing and hope through both professional counseling and the love of Christ. Her background includes work in residential rehabilitation, supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, low self-esteem, ADHD, self-harm, autism, perfectionism, addictions, and family-related challenges.

As a wife and mother of two, Lindsay especially loves walking with women in every stage of life—from high school students to new moms to grandmothers. She values genuine connection and creates a safe, grace-filled space where clients can experience God’s love, healing, and restoration.
