Connor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. He also serves on staff at North Coast Church as the Local and Global Impact Pastor and is the chaplain for the Vista Fire Department.

Connor’s approach is practical and relational, focused on real change. He draws from a variety of counseling methods and focuses on helping people understand patterns, make meaningful changes, and move forward.

He has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout—especially among those in leadership, ministry, and helping professions—and relationship challenges. He also supports individuals and families through seasons of stress, transition, and crisis.

Connor especially enjoys working with couples and is passionate about helping marriages grow stronger.

Connor loves being outdoors and going on adventures with his family. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him surfing, gardening, or exploring somewhere new.
